Creatio Releases Global Survey Report Revealing AI Agents and No-Code as Key Enablers of Enterprise Transformation
Study of 564 business and technology leaders shows AI agents are a boardroom priority and no-code is powering its adoption at scale

Creatio, a global vendor of an agentic platform for CRM and workflow automation with no-code and AI at its core, today released The State of AI & No-Code global survey report. Based on responses from 564 business and technology leaders worldwide, the study provides a real-world perspective on how organizations are implementing AI agents and no-code platforms to drive growth, innovation, and enterprise transformation.
The findings reveal that AI is no longer experimental. Leaders are rapidly moving from AI-versed to AI-first, making AI agents a strategic lever discussed in boardrooms across industries. No-code platforms have already become the foundation for this shift, as they abstract complexity, accelerate adoption, and empower employees across functions to contribute directly to innovation.
The findings point to three defining shifts that are setting the course for the future of enterprise productivity:
- Agentic AI as a boardroom priority. AI agents are no longer side projects. They have become part of strategic conversations, with 86% of C-level decision makers saying agents will be critical to their goals within the next two to three years. Boards are treating them as levers for growth, efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
- AI agents as partners, not replacements. Leaders see AI agents as digital teammates that augment human strengths. Eighty-four percent expect agents to help teams become more productive, create new opportunities, and grow into new roles. The focus is on freeing people to spend more time on relationships, creativity, and strategy.
- No-code as the enabler of scale. Innovation cannot depend on technical bottlenecks. Sixty-seven percent of organizations have already adopted no-code to extend AI across departments and entire enterprises. By simplifying complexity and adapting to how people work, no-code ensures adoption moves faster and further.
