PSI Launches Agentic CRM, Deploying Creatio 4× Faster than Typical Implementations
Global industrial software provider for critical infrastructure transforms sales operations with Creatio’s AI-native platform
Creatio, a global vendor of an agentic CRM and workflow platform with no-code and AI at its core, today announced that PSI Software SE has selected its platform to unify sales operations and establish an intelligent CRM foundation for scalable, AI-enabled growth.
Headquartered in Germany and established in 1969, PSI develops mission-critical software that ensure sustainable energy supply, production and logistics by combining AI methods with industrially proven optimization methods. With 2,400 employees across 15 countries, the company operates in industries where reliability, precision, and data visibility are essential.
As PSI began modernizing its sales organization, fragmented systems and inconsistent processes across business units made it difficult to maintain a unified view of customers and sales performance. To address this, the company launched an initiative to standardize sales processes, unify CRM operations, and create a 360-degree view of customer relationships across the organization.
Following an extensive market evaluation of approximately 30 CRM providers, PSI selected Creatio for its flexibility, usability, and no-code capabilities, enabling business teams to design and evolve workflows while preparing the organization for AI-driven and agent-supported sales operations.
The implementation progressed significantly faster than typical CRM deployments, with PSI Software reporting a rollout four times faster than comparable projects in the industry.
“We are most likely four times faster than what you would normally see in the industry,” said Claudio Ranaudo, SVP at PSI. “We knew exactly what we wanted to achieve, we had the right team in place, and the way Creatio is built makes it very easy for customers to implement.”
The project was delivered in collaboration with Crecise, a consulting and technology firm specializing in CRM and digital transformation. Working closely with Creatio and the partner team, PSI quickly aligned business requirements with platform capabilities and moved efficiently from planning to execution.
Alongside the CRM rollout, PSI is also beginning to introduce artificial intelligence into its sales operations. The company is assembling an internal AI team to explore how intelligent agents can automate administrative tasks and support sales teams with real-time insights.
“AI is here. We need to adapt,” said Karolina Drózd, Head of Sales Operations at PSI. “What excites us is that AI can take over many of the administrative tasks so salespeople can focus on what they really want to do — being closer to their customers.”
