Trust Is At The Core Of Our Architecture Decisions

Every vendor will tell you they respect your data. The question worth asking is how that respect is built into the product, because a promise that depends on a default setting or a privacy policy isn’t enough of a commitment from our point of view.
We designed Creatio with trust built into the platform. Three choices matter most.
Your data stays yours
First, your data does not train models that serve other customers at Creatio. The platform keeps the data you put in Creatio in the service of your business, not a shared pool.
You stay in control
Second, new uses of your data are off unless you choose to have them turned on. We do not ship a change that quietly reroutes your data and hope you read the notice. If there is a decision to make, you make it.
Governance in every AI interaction
Third, you can see and change how your data is used, yourself. Creatio runs on an AI-native engine with enterprise controls, compliance, and observability, so every action an AI agent takes runs inside a governed workflow and leaves an audit trail. Our architecture is open and composable, so you can choose the models that fit and still keep the governance consistent.
"Agents don't train or modify the LLM in normal operation — they send authorized context to a pre-trained model and get a response; fine-tuning would be a separate, explicit, controlled process. Enterprise-grade model-provider agreements and platform access controls ensure customer data isn't used for training. Each connected LLM provider confirms in its privacy documentation that customer data isn't used for training, and a zero-data-retention policy ensures the provider doesn't store data" - Ivan Malafieiev, Chief Product Officer, Creatio
None of this is dramatic, and that is the point. Good governance doesn’t need to be in the headlines. It should just be the standard. It’s the difference between a data commitment you publish and a data commitment you are bound to.
