Bpm'online, whose process-driven CRM for marketing, sales and service helps thousands of organizations win more customers, has been included in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation, 2016 (1) based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute.
Gartner’s Magic Quadrant provides a graphical competitive positioning of technology vendors in a specific market that makes it easy for a viewer to map a technology vendor, ascertain of how well it performs and compare a vendor with the market’s competitors.
According to the report, bpm’online received high scores for core Sales Force Automation (SFA) functions and its ease of configuration and modification. Sales Force Automation is a fundamental technology of how companies execute their business processes.
Bpm’online offers products with sophisticated SFA capabilities that are easy to use and configure. Backed by a robust business process management platform, bpm’online provides extended features for sales process management, which deliver the agility to change processes faster than ever. At the same time, bpm’online is known not only for its top-notch products but for the high quality of service and value delivered to its customers. As part of the Magic Quadrant process, Gartner collected input from several hundred reference customers. Gartner’s evaluation of SFA vendors will help IT leaders supporting sales to choose the solution that best fits their requirements.

The last 17 years have been an incredible journey for our team at bpm’online. When we started the company, it was just a handful of young graduates with big dreams, ready to work hard to achieve them.
Over the years, we have experienced lots of ups and downs of growing and running a business. However, there has always been one thing that inspired us: the powerful, unique solutions created on the bpm’online platform by our community of partners and customers, many of whom I am proud to call friends.
Our customers and partners use bpm’online platform and CRM solutions to bring business ideas to life through automation. Solutions that they create reflect unique differentiation of their companies, these solutions are their own creations. It is in the DNA of our customers and partners to generate ideas, create, and to change the status quo. And we’re thrilled to honor and support the creators in each of them!
With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”
