Last week, bpm’online announced that it has been named a ‘Strong Performers’ in the recent The Forrester Wave™: CRM Suites for Midsize Organizations, Q1 2015 evaluation. Furthermore, the report notes that bpm’online received the highest score for the current offering among Strong Performers. Forrester Wave™ reports provide comparisons of vendors’ products and services. This interactive tool helps companies to optimize vendor selection with a detailed analysis of products and services based on Forrester’s transparent, fully accessible criteria. In the Forrester Wave evaluation of customer relationship management (CRM) suites for midsize organizations, Forrester identified the 10 most significant CRM suites solutions, and researched, analyzed, and scored them. The report details Forrester’s findings on how well each of the vendors fulfills criteria and where it stands in relation to other vendor solutions in order to help application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals supporting CRM operations to select the right partner for their customer engagement initiatives. Forrester evaluated each vendor against 95 criteria, categorized into the following three areas: current offering, strategy and market presence. The evaluation of the current offering of the CRM vendors was performed, based on the strength of their current product offering across a spectrum of CRM capabilities including sales force automation, marketing automation, customer service, field service, eCommerce, business intelligence, customer data management, technology, and architecture. Bpm’online received the highest overall score in the Current Offering category among the Strong Performers. As quoted in the report, “bpm'online has sound sales, marketing, and customer service capabilities delivered via an engaging UI. These capabilities are infused with very strong process management to standardize guided selling and customer service workflows. Predictive decisioning optimizes product offers, next best steps for marketing campaigns, opportunity management, and customer service processes. The solution has strong reporting and sound analytics and customer data management capabilities.” Besides providing vendor evaluations, Forrester also delivers a valuable insight on the current state of the CRM market landscape, as well as identifies some of the future trends. Over the years, we have experienced lots of ups and downs of growing and running a business. However, there has always been one thing that inspired us: the powerful, unique solutions created on the bpm’online platform by our community of partners and customers, many of whom I am proud to call friends.
Our customers and partners use bpm’online platform and CRM solutions to bring business ideas to life through automation. Solutions that they create reflect unique differentiation of their companies, these solutions are their own creations. It is in the DNA of our customers and partners to generate ideas, create, and to change the status quo. And we’re thrilled to honor and support the creators in each of them!
With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”
