The continuous improvement of training formats has always been a top priority for Creatio. Today we are thrilled to announce the updated guided learning courses, designed to help users gauge their knowledge and skills in Creatio products, their administration, customization, and development.
Guided learning programs are interactive instructor-led training, during which participants will be solving practical tasks, receiving recommendations on preparation for certifications and participating in Q&A sessions.
Three new types of courses are now available on our academy: Creatio products overview, Creatio administration and configuration, and development on Creatio platform. A course consists of 4 sessions, 4 hours each. Before starting any of these programs, participants must successfully complete e-learning courses listed in the requirements for the course.
About new programs:
“ Creatio products” guided learning
This guided learning course is intended for end-users who are looking to improve their business efficiency, deepen their knowledge with CRM, and formalize their company's business processes in terms of attracting new customers and organizing work with existing customer base.
“ Creatio administration and customization” guided learning
This course is designed for implementation consultants, CRM coordinators, business analysts and other users who are familiar with Creatio products at the end-user level and are looking to learn more about its customization capabilities. It involves a lot of practice, supervised by Creatio trainers.
“ Creatio platform development” guided learning
This guided learning is targeted at developers on Creatio platform, striving to gain the necessary skills to design and customize solutions on the Creatio platform. The participants will learn how to create new objects, lookups, pages, sections, etc. The program covers business process development, standard customizations, implementation of web services, and integrations.
With the updated guided learning users can get supervision and support from Creatio instructors in just a few clicks!

Solutions that they create reflect unique differentiation of their companies, these solutions are their own creations. It is in the DNA of our customers and partners to generate ideas, create, and to change the status quo. And we’re thrilled to honor and support the creators in each of them!
With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”

While our name is changing, the strategy, products, our team and commitment to empowering our users with the best low-code / no-code BPM platform and sophisticated CRM products remain the same.
