We are seeking a C&B Manager (Benefits) to lead and enhance our corporate benefits strategy. C&B manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s employee benefits programs. This role focuses exclusively on benefits, including health and wellness plans, retirement programs, leave policies, and other employee perks. The Benefits Manager ensures that benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations while meeting the needs of the organization and its employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, leave policies, and voluntary benefits, etc.
- Provides general counsel to employees and retirees about benefit plans and programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving benefits issues promptly and effectively
- Design and implement new benefits plans to meet employee needs and align with company objectives.
- Evaluate existing benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, and relevant to employee expectations.
- Identify trends and innovations in employee benefits and propose enhancements to meet workforce expectations, identifies areas for improvement
- Participates in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor relationship management for benefits providers (Experience dealing with EOR, external providers, global B2B interaction)
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare and submit all required reports to authorities in respectful locations
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and implement necessary adjustments to maintain legal compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with compensation software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Benefits Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, market trends, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed decisions about benefits programs and cost control.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms for the organization.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex compensation information clearly and effectively
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to develop and implement compensation strategies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Software Development Industry
- Project management skills and experience leading C&B projects.
- Experience in global or multi-location HR operations
