Role Concept:
We are seeking a Legal Advisor to join our growing team and support Creatio’s global operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted legal partner across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, mitigating risks, and enabling business growth. This is a diverse, hands-on role covering commercial, corporate, and employment matters in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to operational teams across global offices, including contracts, leases, procurement, and marketing events.
- Partner with the HR and People teams on global employment, EOR, and B2B engagements, including drafting and reviewing employment and contractor agreements.
- Support complex employment law matters and advise on workforce management.
- Draft and negotiate contracts for the sale of Creatio’s IT products and services; review customer agreements, RFPs, and due diligence requests.
- Identify and manage legal risks in client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with business interests.
- Support corporate governance and expansion activities, including entity setup, board appointments, and filings, in collaboration with external counsel.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer, including 3+ years in a legal advisory or in-house counsel role, preferably in an IT or international business environment.
- Experience in the legal support of a company's operations in the EU, UK, or US.
- Master's degree in law.
- Solid knowledge of commercial law principles and fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of employment and B2B regulations.
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts independently.
- Collaborative, open-minded, and adaptable fast learner who can thrive in a dynamic Creatio environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
