Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation using no-code solutions.
Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, and visual process maps using no-code platforms.
Design and configure applications, workflows, and automation processes using no-code tools to meet business requirements.
Develop and optimize complex business processes and user interfaces using the Creatio platform’s no-code technology.
Prepare and execute test cases for automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and quality.
Conduct thorough testing of no-code solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and project delivery.
Key requirements:
Experience with platforms such as CRM or BPM, or CMS, or ERP
Knowledge of process modeling tools, APIs, and data modeling.
Ability to implement logic, data integration, and conditional actions within no-code environments.
Understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods for seamless automation.
Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
Proficiency in creating, customizing, and managing automated solutions without extensive coding.
Experience in delivering applications or technical solutions within major software domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, no-code platforms).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.
