Your responsibilities

  • Establish and manage contractual relationships with Polish B2B contractors in close collaboration with Legal, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Collect, validate, and process contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Record and reconcile contractor‑related costs in ERP and other internal financial tools.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date data on fees, agreements, and payment terms across all relevant systems.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly and semi‑monthly payment cycles.
  • Prepare and submit internal approval requests for contractor payments within defined timelines.
  • Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives to streamline cost accruals and payments.
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures, documentation, and training materials for contractor cost processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries on Polish B2B contractor operations.
  • Generate and deliver accurate internal reports on contractor cost data and related activities.

What we expect

  • Proven experience in payroll, accounting, or finance, ideally in an international environment.
  • Solid understanding of Polish invoicing frameworks and legal obligations for B2B contractors.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP software and strong Excel skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large data volumes and strict deadlines.
  • Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken) and confident cross‑team communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset: comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Uncompromising integrity when handling confidential information.
