Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an innovative QA Automation Engineer to join the Marketing Domain and collaborate within Scrum teams. As a QA Automation Engineer at Creatio you will oversee the full testing cycle, from testing strategy planning and risk analysis to testing execution, and quality control processes within our team.  

Our company’s tech stack: Playwright, sitespeed.io, Jenkins, TeamCity, Postman, Axios, JMeter, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, REST APIs.  

Team structure: 3 Developers, 1 QA, 1 Technical Lead, 1 Agile Coach, 1 Product Owner

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain E2E automated tests with Playwright (in TypeScript)
  • Perform exploratory and manual testing for new features and complex workflows
  • Cover UI/API/business logic scenarios
  • Work closely with developers and analysts to identify edge cases and improve test coverage
  • Contribute to improving our QA processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Knowing testing techniques and applying them.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand how the product works.
  • Experience with web UI testing, E2E test scenarios, and API testing
  • Understanding the principles of web application operation.
  • Willing to thoroughly investigate issues (read logs, SQL, Fiddler, IIS, Redis, etc.).  
  • Experience working with JIRA and Test Management tools like Zephyr, TestRail or their counterparts.
  • Experience with version control systems: Git and SVN; knowing JavaScript/TypeScript.  

Will be a plus:  

  • Experience conducting load testing of web applications;  
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools: TeamCity, Jenkins;  
  • Test automation experience: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Chai, Mocha, Selenoid/Selenium Grid;  
  • Understanding the principles of OOP.
