About the Role:

As a Security Engineer at Creatio, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems, networks, and applications. You will manage security tools, respond to security incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices across the organization. Your role will focus on proactively monitoring, detecting, and mitigating security threats while continuously improving our security posture.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and monitor security tools (SIEM, Firewalls, EDR/AV, WAF, IDS/IPS, DLP) to detect and respond to security events.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of security incidents from detection to post-incident analysis.
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of secure system architectures, including cloud and network security.
  • Implement and manage access policies and conduct regular access reviews.
  • Develop scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate security tasks and reporting.
  • Work with IT, DevOps, and Development teams to integrate security into the SDLC.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security.
  • Proficiency in SIEM (e.g., Splunk), EDR/AV, WAF, IDS/IPS, network vulnerability scanners (e.g., Nessus), and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong skills in detecting, managing, and responding to security incidents.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
  • OSCP, CISSP, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
