With amazing opportunities ahead of us, we’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior HR Generalist, Americas to join our HR Team.
As Senior HR Generalist for the Americas, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, compliant, and impactful HR practices across the region. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, drive regional and global initiatives, and manage the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, analytical, and energized by creating structure in a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS environment.
This role is based in Boston, MA, where you'll be working from our beautiful HQ at least two days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leaders on staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance, training, and compliance
- Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Lead regional and global HR initiatives, programs, and projects
- Collaborate with global HR functions: payroll, benefits, compliance, and more
- Conduct employee relations investigations and grievance resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and EEO practices
- Oversee onboarding, workforce updates, and HR communications
- Advise managers on org design, engagement, performance, rewards, and workforce planning
- Deliver training and development programs in partnership with business leaders as needed
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments
- Regional HR expertise in North America and Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico a plus)
- Strong HR business partnering skills with senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day HR operations
- Project management skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
