We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to support the development of the North American region by providing technical expertise and experience to the team, customers, and partners.  

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate. Using technical creativity and business acumen, you will illustrate the value that Creatio’s platform can provide. You must be able to engage and articulate product positioning to both business and technical users in competitive scenarios. You will also rapidly identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS (CRM, BPM, or automation solutions preferred).
  • Strong expertise in business process automation, CRM platforms, or customer experience solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through customized demos.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the North American market dynamics, including industry trends, and competitor landscape. Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Storytelling mindset – ability to create engaging, value-driven narratives in demos.
  • Curiosity & problem-solving – proactive approach to understanding customer needs.
  • Collaboration & adaptability – ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, AI automation, or API integrations is a plus.
  • Experience working with and designing database solutions is a plus. 

Responsibilities

Customer-Oriented Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify pain points, business goals, and key use cases.
  • Align Creatio’s platform capabilities with prospect requirements, positioning no-code automation, AI-driven workflows, and CRM functionalities effectively.
  • Develop value-driven demos, leveraging storytelling techniques to connect with different personas (C-suite, IT, end-users).
  • Deliver engaging, industry-specific demos, adapting content for each audience and addressing technical objections
  • Deliver product demos and technical briefs for key customer accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for digital transformation with a low-code/no-code CRM.

Partner Oriented Responsibilities

  • Help partners define best approaches in sales strategies based on product specifics and capabilities.

Company and Team-Oriented Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on deal progression and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, demo libraries, and best practices for presales teams.
  • Stay updated on Creatio’s latest features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of business processes and financial operations (e.g., loan originations).
  • Solid technology background, particularly in:
    • SaaS solutions and cloud infrastructure.
    • Key cloud concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate technical requirements for enterprise solutions.

Consultative & Analytical Skills

  • Strong questioning techniques for discovery meetings to uncover real customer needs.
  • Active listening and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Root cause analysis to identify core business challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Storytelling skills to present solutions in an engaging and concise manner.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously (5-10 demos per week).
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities based on ARR and strategic impact.
  • Support for sales reps in proposals, user guidance, and best practices.
  • Close collaboration with partners who lack experience in Creatio, assisting them in customer presentations.

Demo & Documentation

  • End-to-end involvement from discovery to deal closure, including demo preparation.
  • Ability to craft demo strategy, use cases, configurations, and storytelling approaches.
  • Strong documentation skills—creating demo documents within a 3-day SLA for the demo team (5-day SLA).
  • Final technical check during evaluation phases to ensure solution alignment.
