Who We're Looking For:

Senior System Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and securing the company’s IT infrastructure while also leading complex network and systems initiatives across distributed offices and remote environments. The role combines advanced system administration expertise with strong hands-on networking and infrastructure engineering skills.

Location: Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Infrastructure

  • Administer and support Windows Server environments. 
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Exchange 2019, and endpoint protection solutions (ESET). 
  • Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems. 

Network Engineering & Architecture

  • Design and maintain structured multi-VLAN enterprise networks across multiple offices. 
  • Configure and support Cisco switching infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, stacking, inter-VLAN routing, and link aggregation. 
  • Administer enterprise Wi-Fi environments (Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, or equivalent), including 802.1X and guest/corporate segmentation. 
  • Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls and SD-WAN environments with multi-ISP failover. 
  • Plan and execute network modernization and migration projects with minimal downtime. 
  • Maintain structured IP addressing schemes, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP infrastructure. 
  • Ensure secure remote access and resilient out-of-band administration. 

Operations & Support

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex infrastructure and networking issues. 
  • Prepare rollback plans and perform risk-aware infrastructure changes. 
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, diagrams, IP plans, and operational procedures. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure roles. 
  • Strong expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and endpoint security solutions. 
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments. 
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching, VPNs, and SD-WAN. 
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls, and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions (Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, or equivalent). 
  • Experience designing and supporting segmented multi-site enterprise networks. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software layers. 
  • Understanding of network security, access control, and infrastructure best practices. 
  • Proficiency in the Ukrainian and English languages.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with virtualization, backup systems, scripting, or automation. 
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft, ITIL). 
  • Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
