About the Role

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our team at Creatio, who will work with global markets, mainly APAC and MEA region.
  • The role is full-time and based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for positions of different levels: from beginner to top management
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Analyze and evaluate resumes to understand labor market trends in the IT industry
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized messaging and follow-ups to build interest in open roles
  • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Effectively use candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search, databases) and record the results in the ATS system

Requirements:

  • Experience sourcing non-tech roles for at least 6 months
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English
  • Activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn
