About the Role:
Talent Acquisition Researcher (EU, UA Markets Focus)
Our team is focused on filling roles across three key business units: R&D, Product&Platform, and Operations.
Current team structure:
- 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists
- 6 Technical Talent Acquisition Specialists
- 2 Talent Acquisition Researchers
We are now expanding and looking for a new Researcher to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain longlists and shortlists of potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings (CV reviews and intro calls).
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and TA Specialists.
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a recruitment team (as a sourcer or recruiter).
- Interest in sourcing for roles such as developers, QA engineers, product owners, business analysts, support engineers, tech leads, finance specialists, and legal professionals.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office at IQ Business Center, Kyiv).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
