About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, working with global markets, mainly the APAC and MEA regions. The team specializes in business roles for EMEA and APAC (Main focus: Dubai, Indonesia, Australia). Current team: 1 Lead, 5 Recruiters, and 1 Sourcer.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparations, building and maintaining the pipeline, and hiring top talents.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, employee referrals, etc.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics.
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a successful track record of managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for non-technical, business-critical roles, such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner in identifying and securing top talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background preferred).
  • Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, with emphasis on commercial and customer-facing roles that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
