We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team, focusing on non-technical roles (e.g, BDR, CSM, SC, PAM) with the focus on Europe and APAC markets. This role is ideal for someone who has 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with complex roles in fast-paced environments.

The role is located in Warsaw and requires in-office presence twice a week.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Primarily sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and your professional network.
  • Talent Acquisition Activities: Conducting interviews, preparing offers, and closing candidates.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Collecting and reporting recruitment data to monitor performance.
  • Collaboration: Partnering leaders and with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting non-tech roles in Europe, with a strong focus on direct sourcing (50%+ of candidates sourced directly).
  • Startup experience: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques.
  • ATS Proficiency: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
  • Skills: Strong written communication in English, excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with candidates and employees at all levels.
