We are happy to introduce a new update package for Creatio products, which features even more improvements and enhancements.

The new version updates include:

Process designer. The update includes several new features for users who work with process diagrams in Studio Creatio, free edition. A new element was added - an expanded event subprocess. Also, now users can quickly insert a new element between the existing ones. In addition, when adding and changing process flows, a number of restrictions is now available for users to set up. This enables you to build diagrams in accordance with the rules of BPMN 2.0.

Data management. The update includes upgrades and enhancements to the Global Search services. The new version supports operations with different index templates, enabling the flexible configuration of the search functionality. For example, users can set their search up by exact match, partial match, compensate for typos, misspellings, etc. This significantly speeds up the searching process in the system.

Creatio Portal. The Creatio Portal functionality has been updated. Users can now leverage out-of-the-box tools for partner relationship management (PRM). Users can now create partner programs and display various metrics on the partner portal. Users can more effectively process leads and opportunities in collaboration with partners using out-of-the-box business processes. The ability to keep track of partner training sessions and specify certified experts is also available in the system now.

There are three configurations for the Creatio portal functionality: the self-service portal, client portal, and partner portal. Each portal configuration contains its own set of tools, allowing users to automate different processes of interaction between internal and external system users.

Mobile application. The initial synchronization of the mobile application with the Creatio server is now more than four times faster.

System Designer. The System Designer allows users to customize almost everything in the system from section structure and business logics to system look and feel according to the corporate branding. With the current update, users have the option to upload company logos in the SVG format when setting up corporate identity. 

Administration. In order to simplify and streamline the work of the Creatio administrator, we regularly audit administration tools and process user feedback. As part of the current update:

  • Administrators can now filter log records by time period in the updated changelog UI. Also, it’s now possible to clear the changelog for a particular object as well as for all system objects.
  • In the secure connection mode (deployed in the cloud), support service representatives can now isolate data and restrict access to the system configuration. This allows administrators to safely provide the support service with access to the app for technical work or to speed up case resolution.
