Regular update package for Creatio products
We are excited to introduce a new update package for Creatio products, which features even more improvements and enhancements.
The new version updates include:
Sales forecasting. We continue to enhance Creatio forecasting tools. In the newest package update:
- We’ve added an ability to conduct top-down forecasting – now users can estimate a company's future performance by starting with high-level market data and work “down” to revenue.
- Now users can select not only the system object as a data source for a column, but also the information from another previously created plan. This allows users to customize dependent tables or base calculations on historical data; for example, if you need to calculate values based on data from the previous year, or you want to get the total data for several years.
- We’ve added several handy features to simplify forecasting analysis. In particular, you can hide the fractional part of values (without rounding) and control the display of the editable column.
Analytics. In the newest release, we improved the display of pivot tables and bulk search results for duplicates. Additionally, working with emails on the communication panel has been made more convenient.
Process Designer. We continue to improve tools for working with collections of data in business processes. From now on, a multi-instance subprocess features new parameters, which include the total number, the number of executed, and the number of interrupted instances. We’ve also added the ability to continue a subprocess execution even if errors occur within running instances.
Process Log. Now the system logs not only errors that occur on each stage of a process execution, but those in the formula of a conditional flow too. This makes it easier to debug the process when setting it up.
Section wizard. When customizing the Creatio interface, now it’s possible to use custom tools (using business rules) to control the visibility of tabs, details, field groups, and individual modules according to specified conditions. For example, you can customize the display of a tab with additional data on completed or lost deals. On the record page, you can display a group of fields with additional data depending on the role of the user who browses the page. In the newest release, this setting does not require writing program code – you just need to specify the necessary conditions in the section wizard.
