Creatio Presents New User Types to Reinforce Its Composable Pricing Model

Creatio, a global vendor of a no-code platform to automate workflows and CRM with a maximum degree of freedom, announces new user types to further reinforce its composable pricing approach. This will offer unmatched flexibility in subscription plans, addressing the demands of varying user roles within an organization. The new user types will enable companies to maximize the value of their investment while providing more freedom to own their automation. 

Additional user types encompass External B2C Portal User, External B2B Portal User, Limited Internal User, Mobile-Only User. Each of these user types is designed to suit varying requirements as described below:  

External B2C Portal license is ideal for automating scenarios for broad consumer-type audiences (e.g. student portals, government gateways, and payment platforms). The license grants unrestricted access to any section in Creatio and is exclusive to individuals who don’t represent an organization. 

External B2B Portal User is tailored for automating partner relationship management and other B2B-type use cases (financial services brokers, external agencies, etc.) helping organizations to deliver seamless collaboration with their partners and contractors. ​ 

Limited Internal User is focused on providing value to internal users that only need limited access to the platform functionality (applied to Approvers, HR use cases and others). This license provides full access to a single section of the platform. This license type is perfect for infrequent users, or those who don’t need access to the full system functionality.  

Mobile-Only User is designed to address mobile use cases. This license is ideal for mobile-first users, such as Field Sales and Field Service that do not require access to the main application via web interface.

The new user types are a part of the recently introduced Creatio composable pricing. All additional user types are now available across all Creatio subscription plans, including Growth, Enterprise, and Unlimited, ensuring that organizations of any size can benefit from the platform's comprehensive features and capabilities. In addition, all user types have access to Creatio's suite of composable applications at no extra cost, provided that the customer has secured licenses for Full Users with corresponding features. Furthermore, customers have the flexibility to select which components of these applications are to be allocated to the various additional user types, ensuring a customized solution that aligns with their specific business processes and user needs. 

Creatio's composable pricing structure, supporting its no-code architecture, underscores the platform's agility, enabling customers to effortlessly expand their usage with available apps, products, and components.
