Interview with a new SVP and GM of bpm’online


Bpm’online reached new milestone with opening headquarters in Boston, MA and appointing new key executive to head up company’s efforts in the US. We, at bpm’online are happy to announce that Michael Rooney has joined the company as Senior Vice President and General Manager of bpm’online in North America.

The appointment coincide with the opening of company’s headquarters in Boston, MA and is part of bpm’online expansion to the North American CRM market.
The new office is conveniently located right in the very heart of Boston, Financial District that will help to foster community outreach providing an easy access to technology and market experts and area’s top talent. The headquarters will serve as a base for bpm’online sales operations in the US. We are ready and excited to receive visitors at 60 State St, Suite 3700, in Boston.

Michael Rooney brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, working in, building and managing various departments from sales and marketing, to professional and customer services, to product management and operations. He has specific depth in financial services, content and process management, as well as web and mobile-based solutions.

This week Michael gave his first interview as Senior Vice President and General Manager of bpm’online in North America to the SuperbCrew Magazine. In the interview, he presented an overview of bpm’online platform and products, outlining main strategy and key differentiators, and shared company’s plans for 2015.

Specifically, the talk was around features and advantages that help our customers to quickly adapt the technologies and see dramatic improvements in the key business metrics right from the start. Mr. Rooney also gave an insight on what lays ahead in 2015 for bpm’online. “In 2015, we are planning to expand our North American presence providing the best products and services to our customers. We also intend to enlarge our partner network. I have to say that we have one of the most attractive partner programs in the CRM market which enables our partners to drive meaningful revenue streams to their business,” said Michael during the interview. “And of course, we invest a lot into constant enhancement of our products. This year our greatest focus will be on development of the intelligent business process management tools.”
