of Portal Creatio

  1. Portal Creatio is a part of the Creatio platform and is available in two deployment options: Cloud and On-site Subscription. To work with Portal Creatio, you need at least one subscription to one of the basic Creatio products.
  2. The pricing of Portal Creatio (all license types) is indicated for monthly use of the software (including basic technical maintenance and updates to new versions).
  3. Displayed pricing doesn’t include taxes and fees (such as VAT) prescribed by law.
  4. The minimum annual purchase volume per customer is $ 5 000, which consists of Creatio products subscription costs or the cost of any cloud or on-site Marketplace vertical solution.
  5. A minimum contract period is one year. A year assumes a period of 360 calendar days.
  6. The cost of implementation of Portal Creatio (all license types) is calculated separately.
  1. The payment shall be made in USD:
    • Portal Creatio Cloud/ On-site, self-service edition ー $ 0 per user / year. The number of free portal users for the Self-Service Portal edition should not exceed 10,000 and should not surpass the number of users of a basic Creatio product by more than 100 times.
    • Portal Creatio Cloud/ On-site, customer edition ー $ 70 per user / year;
    • Portal Creatio Cloud/ On-site, partner edition ー the cost of a product license per 1 user/year is provided on individual request.
  2. A portal user is limited to 1,000 API calls* to licensed objects.
  3. Additional sections: the possibility to create 3 (three) custom sections for your portal users. A custom section is a new section that is additionally created in the system. These sections do not inherit functional capabilities of basic sections.
Data service additional services

The automatic DB backups

The backup file can be downloaded via ftp. The data is renewed daily. The price is $ 800. The cost of additional storage space is paid separately.

Sandbox

A website copy used for development and testing that is provided on request. When purchasing 20 or more licenses, a copy of the website (the sandbox) is provided for one user free of charge. When purchasing less than 20 users or adding an extra user, a copy of the website (the sandbox) is provided according to the price list of the chosen product. An additional charge is required for disk space storage exceeding the volume included in the subscription.

On-site development

Testing and development of the system updates on the company’s own servers. When purchasing 20+ licenses, two licenses are free of charge. When purchasing less than 20 users or adding an extra user, the service price is equal to the subscription price for this product.

Deployment on dedicated servers

The ability to deploy a system on dedicated servers where other companies’ systems are not hosted. It enables a more flexible system configuration and customization of the operating system, software, on application and DBMS servers. This service should be used in the following circumstances:

  • Establishing resource-intensive integrations; gap engineering.
  • Higher requirement for accessibility and safety.
  • Need for more flexible customization of the operating system and installation of additional software on application and DBMS servers.
  • Desire of a guaranteed productivity level and eliminating third-party website influence.
  • Demand for coordinated planned activities.

Deployment on dedicated servers is provided on an individual basis depending on the required resources.
