In 2019, businesses continue to look for intelligent lead management software solutions to streamline marketing operations. Creatio is fully invested in advancing its marketing product to help these organizations reinforce their marketing initiatives and generate better results. Today we are thrilled to share that Creatio has been positioned as a Leader in the 2019 Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management (1). This is the fourth consecutive year that Creatio has been recognized in Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management , and the first time it is in the Leaders quadrant!
The report evaluates 15 vendors, defining CRM lead management as “the process of capturing leads, tracking their activities and behavior, qualifying them, giving them constant attention to make them sales-ready, and then passing them on to the sales team.”
The evaluated product, Marketing Creatio, is a marketing automation software that helps organizations orchestrate customer journeys and accelerate lead-to-revenue. The product comes with best practice processes for efficient lead management – from demand generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring to final hand-off to sales. Its primary task is ensuring companies focus on qualified and sales-ready leads only. Marketing Creatio can be used both separately or as a part of Creatio CRM suite – bundled with Sales Creatio and Service Creatio solutions on an all-encompassing low-code process management platform. Creatio CRM allows for the streamlining of engagements across the entire customer journey.

With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”
