CRM Idol. First Impressions

September 09, 2011

All of colleagues that are involved in CRM Idol contest can feel relief because today we’ve got hyper-positive judge’s review of BPMonline CRM! Yeehaa! Three months of preparations finally brought desired feedback :) It was really intensive and fun.

This Wednesday skyrocketed the pressure, but our speakers Katerina Kostereva and Vitaly Gdulya were completely concentrated and well-prepared, so they did their best and presented our company and product in a very cool and expressive manner.

In their review, judges mentioned all our cool features, emphasized the value of our process management platform, noticed social media features. This review touched some areas that we should improve, such as tools for service management and call center. We have plans for developing full-scale solutions for these business areas and I hope to see them very soon. Wish luck, enthusiasm and inspiration to our developers.
