The latest version of the product delivers unparalleled customization capabilities, enhanced MLS integration, and extended features for listing and contract management.
MLS integration and request matching
Enhanced MLS integration capabilities allow available listings from the market to be pulled directly into bpm’online real estate in a matter of seconds. This allows importing relevant MLS data and photos to better connect the home buyer and seller. Once a new listing is added to bpm’online real estate, the system will automatically select relevant customer requests and send a notification to the agent. This approach allows agents to close more deals with less effort, responding better to customer needs.
In order to simplify the process of preparation and approval of contractual documents for each transaction, a new ‘Contracts’ section has been added to bpm’online real estate. With this latest update, it is much easier to manage all contracts, related specifications and agreements. Bpm’online real estate allows the user to create contracts manually or automatically, keep track of contract details and the history of amendments and approvals. With the help of built-in analytics tools, users can analyze the dynamics of closing deals, and instantly obtain statistical data on various indicators.
New platform features
The latest version of the bpm’online real estate application inherits all the benefits and innovations of bpm’online 7.5 platform, not only providing new capabilities to end users, but also considerably facilitating the work of business analysts and system administrators. A unified System Designer combines all customization and administrative tools, providing extended capabilities for system customization, including the structure of workplaces, communication channels and the ability to personalize the system by adding your logo and applying a corporate color scheme. The updated administration capabilities will allow for the managing of user roles and access rights based on the organizational structure, as well as on employees’ position within this structure and their functional roles.
Real estate companies can take advantage of the 14-day trial for an unlimited number of users to get familiar with the product completely free of charge. Upon completion of the 14-day free trial period users can simply extend their subscription to bpm’online real estate and continue working with their data and settings.
