Position Overview:
 We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team, focusing on non-technical roles (e.g., BDR, CSM, SC, PAM), with a focus on the APAC region (Australia, Indonesia, Dubai, etc.). This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of full-cycle (360) recruitment experience, managing complex roles in fast-paced environments.

The position is based in Kyiv and requires in-office presence twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, to closing candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Primarily source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and your professional network.
  • Talent Acquisition Activities: Conduct interviews, prepare offers, and close candidates.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Collect and report recruitment data to monitor performance and improve strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment needs and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience recruiting non-technical roles in Europe, with a strong focus on direct sourcing (50%+ of candidates sourced directly).
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques.
  • ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (Lever preferred).
  • Skills: Strong written communication in English, excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with candidates and employees at all levels.
