Creatio is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to lead our Developer Productivity Team, which serves an R&D organization of 20+ Scrum development teams. This role is focused on improving developer experience (DevEx), streamlining development workflows, and enhancing the overall productivity of our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with hands-on software development experience, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

This role will work in tight collaboration with: Technical Leads, QA Leads, Heads of Development, Cloud Services Product Lead, VP of Engineering and IT-Security and Chief Platform Officer.

The role will report to the Cloud Services Product Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Developer Productivity Team, defining the team’s vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and prioritize improvements.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, and productivity tools.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools for developers to automate workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to information security practices within the software development lifecycle.
  • Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through new processes and tools.
  • Act as the primary point of communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner (PO), Technical Lead, or similar roles, focusing on Developer Productivity or DevEx.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and DevOps practices.
  • Strong expertise with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins), and DevOps tools.
  • Proficiency in OOP, C#, and .NET.
  • Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Fluent English.
  • Practical experience with AI tools for developers.
  • Experience in leading developer productivity initiatives.
  • Strong experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Stakeholder management experience at various levels, including executives.
  • Change management experience, driving adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Experience working in a large-scale R&D organization (20+ teams).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with measuring DevEx using metrics (DORA metrics, cycle time, lead time).
  • Experience coaching and mentoring developers on best practices.
  • Experience in conducting post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement retrospectives.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other product management certifications.
  • Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback from developers.
  • Experience in budget management related to developer tools and software.
  • Experience conducting training sessions and creating educational materials for developers.
