Launching BPMonline Community — a Collaboration Platform for CRM Professionals
BPMonline, the world’s fastest growing vendor of CRM and BPM solutions, today launched BPMonline Community — a new engagement tool for meaningful dialogue between customers, partners and other experts in the customer management field. BPMonline Community is an online networking platform that enables like-minded users to share ideas and best practices, search for answers, and collaboration.
This newly created portal is built around the concept of partnersourcing – a strategy embraced and fostered for the BPMonline Community. It represents the next step in our continuing commitment to deliver a framework and tools for valuable customer experience. It aims at taking online interaction to an important level, giving registered users the ability not only to communicate with each other, but access the valuable knowledge base that covers a range of manuals, video tutorials, and software development kits.
“We’re excited to welcome all users to join our innovative online collaboration tool — BPMonline Community,” – says Ted Hartley, VP Business Development at BPMonline, Americas. “I think this is a solid first step in our customer-related strategies, as it is aimed to be a single platform for sharing thoughts, ideas and best practices. Further, it shall give us even greater visibility into our customers in order to understand their needs and issues better.”
BPMonline Community consists of three major sections: Discussions, Knowledge Hub> and Partner Resources. The first two sections can be accessed by anyone at any time, and registered users can contribute their unique content, while the Partner Resources section is accessible to our reseller and delivery partners.
Visit the ‘Discussions’ section to share ideas, discuss important topics and get answers to your questions. By using the social media buttons you can easily like or share content via Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter or Google+.
Can’t find your answers or need help with BPMonline products or services? Find relevant information in the ‘Knowledge Hub', a single repository for all products and company related materials. Within the matter of seconds you can find necessary manuals, tutorials, training videos and many more.
Our partners can access the ‘Partner Resources‘ zone to find marketing, sales and other materials. Those will provide the framework and tools necessary for our partners to build a meaningful business and capability around the BPMonline solution set.
