The key enhancements include:
- Duplicate search. With the latest update package, searching for duplicates has become even easier. Now local duplicate search is performed exactly like global duplicate search, according to defined search rules. Also, new rules for searching duplicates have been added. For instance, contacts will be flagged as potential duplicates if they have matching full names, regardless of the order in which first, last and middle names are entered. The new release also provides tools to set up columns in the list of potential duplicates.
- Bpm’online service. The latest release features enhancements that make it easier to manage cases. Now, a user can create a case literally in a few clicks. Also, the logics of filling in the assignee and reasons of closing a case have been enhanced. Other enhancements include an optimized customer feedback form in the case resolution notification email which makes it easier for users to evaluate the quality of provided service.
- Business processes. Another core part of the latest release is the enhanced process designer. Along with improved validation of formulas in the process designer, process elements and parameters can now be searched in the formula window.
- Content designer. With the improved content designer, email templates have been optimized for different devices and email clients, for instance, Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or Yahoo.
