Creatio is seeking a Product Owner to lead our No-Code Development Team focused on creating cutting-edge solutions for the Finance vertical.
This role combines classic Product Ownership responsibilities with financial expertise and strong business/system analysis capabilities. You will drive the product vision, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure that delivered solutions align with industry standards and financial regulations. Acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that our no-code products are both technologically robust and business-relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision and strategy for finance vertical solutions.
- Align product development with business goals, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct deep analysis of client needs, industry trends, and finance-specific regulations.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and visual workflows.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with the no-code development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Design intuitive user interfaces, process maps, and automated workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for finance stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Communicate product updates, gather stakeholder feedback, and incorporate it into future iterations.
- Oversee testing and validation to ensure business and technical accuracy.
- Work with QA to create and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Support) to ensure alignment.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and a user-first mindset throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business/System Analyst in a tech-driven environment.
- Solid expertise in the finance industry with deep knowledge of financial processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with creating process maps, workflows, and system diagrams.
- Familiarity with analysis tools (e.g., SWOT, root cause analysis).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in managing product backlogs, user stories, and conducting sprint ceremonies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development practices.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data management.
- Understanding of UX principles to ensure user-friendly product experiences.
- Ability to plan and conduct user testing and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
