Creatio is looking for a technically strong Product Owner to join our Core team.
This is a highly technical role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in software development or system analysis, and at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our core platform functionality - focusing on scalability, performance, and architectural improvements - while working closely with engineering teams and aligning technical capabilities with product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and elaborate on requirements from internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and the external community.
- Organize and prioritize requests using internal tools and systems.
- Develop and defend product concepts: analyze and group requirements, define product strategy, create mockups and UX/UI concepts (in collaboration with design), prepare presentations, write user stories, and collaborate with technical writers to document functionality.
- Conduct market and competitor research, evaluate integration opportunities, and analyze insights from industry analysts (e.g., Forrester, Gartner).
- Lead Agile ceremonies with the development team: Kick-off, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to improve delivery processes and monitor team performance.
- Provide functional consultations to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Configure product functionality using our No-code platform.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on newly released features.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment.
- Hands-on background in software development or system analysis is required.
- B2 level English and fluency in Ukrainian.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern development methodologies.
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions or collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical topics.
- Ability to work at both strategic (vision, roadmap, market needs) and tactical (detailed specifications, delivery oversight) levels.
- Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business values.
- Experience in market and user research is a plus.
