The largest ethnic-based credit union in Canada launches multi-phase CRM modernization to unify member experience and drive operational efficiency
Creatio, a global vendor of an agentic CRM and workflow platform with no-code and AI at its core, today announced that Canada-based Ukrainian Credit Union Limited (UCU) has selected Creatio to build a digitally powered, community-driven approach to service. By creating a unified view of its members, UCU is deploying the platform to enhance engagement, improve efficiency, and establish a scalable foundation for future growth.
For more than 80 years, UCU has been serving Canadian Ukrainian communities in Ontario and beyond. The credit union has always been deeply connected to its members, with a strong tradition of giving back and supporting community growth. Facing fragmented and decentralized processes, the credit union chose Creatio to unify its systems and modernize how it serves members.
